I am part of a group of therapists who practice Environmental Arts Therapy.  We work outside, making art in the land and exploring ourselves in relation to the environment and the seasons.

I work with clients in this way too. We can walk, talk, explore art making with the natural objects around us or use the images we see in the landscape.

Check out my new Environmental Arts Therapies monthly therapeutic group “Out in Nature” which will be running monthly from November 2023 with two sessions leading up to the launch (30th September and 14th October).

Connecting with the natural environment can open up new ways to explore yourself.

It may also feel the safest way for some people to have face-to-face therapy while we navigate the pandemic.
